This is a relaxed, no-pressure game day, open to everyone who would like to come. Space is not limited. All are welcome.
The hosts will provide lunch, and participants are welcome to bring an appetizer or drinks to share.
Children are welcome as well. There won’t be structured kids’ activities, so parents should plan to bring their own child entertainment.
The crew fondue will follow the meeting.

Reservations are being taken now. A deposit of $250 (per room) is required to reserve your room(s).
The deposit is refundable only if cancellation is received 6 weeks before the event date.
Stand-in’s are accepted.

There are limited # of rooms available and reservations are on a First-Come — First-Served basis.
The traditional Raclette is planned for Saturday evening.

This meeting is the inaugural Annual Meeting held together with the Swiss Benevolent Society of Philadelphia.
